Terms and Conditions

1. This Bill of Quantity (BOQ) is valid upto 60 days from the date of submission.


2. The above mentioned price is excluding VAT & AIT.


3. The work scope may vary +- 10% as most of the work will consist of Human Efforts and various changes may come up, The work scope may vary +- 10% as most of the

4. Delays in payment may result in project postponement or cancellation. This delay time will not be deducted from the, project’s, project’s agreed-upon timeline.


5. Site work will be done as per approved (Signed) working drawing.


6. Imported items/material availability is market dependent and price may change according to current market price.


7. Additional work BOQ & modified timeline should be approved by (Signed or Email) Client & ensure additional work. payment as per working progress ratio.


8. Any changes and/or revisions to the above stated scope of work may lead to a variation in the price and delivery period. and such change must not hold payment for
works already done under this quotation.


9. We shall promptly notify the client, in writing of any situation or event arising from Force Majeure which makes it.impossible for us to carry out the whole or the part
of the work. Upon such situation the services shall be deemed to be
postponed for a period of time equal to that caused by the Force Majeure & a reasonable period not exceeding one week
to remobilize for the continuation of the services.


10. Any disputes/disagreement arising out of this transaction and this proposal shall be resolve amicable by the both parties.


11. The completed project includes 1 year of hardware replacement guarantee and 2 years of service warranty. warranty period will be effective
from the date of site handover.


Special Note: This quotation might change due to addition, reduction and/or change of design and execution, human
errors which will be settled later in concern of both parties.
